An initial assessment is compulsory for all new clients.

* “no gap fee” indicates that there is no out-of-pocket payment required for this service.

† Medicare and DVA subsidise 20 minutes of the appointment. We provide 50% extra duration (10 minutes) at no extra cost.

‡ WorkCover - payment is required at the time of appointment. WorkCover will reimburse you; as long as your claim has been accepted, the costs are related to your injury, and the costs are up to the amount listed in WorkCovers table of costs. Gym and hydrotherapy entry costs are covered by WorkCover.

All hydrotherapy sessions based at Pimpama Sports Hub attract an entry cost of $5.50 (casual concession) and $7 (casual adult), 10 and 25 visit passes are available at a reduced cost. Support workers enter free with a companion card.

All gym sessions based at Pimpama Sports Hub attract an entry cost of $20 (concession) and $25 (adult). Entry cost allows 24-hour access to the entire facility. Support workers enter free with a companion card.
