(Exercise Physiology)
We specialise in delivering high quality exercise interventions in a small group environment.
Our small group exercise physiology classes are the perfect way to achieve your health goals.
Safe - designed and delivered by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP). Each participant undergoes individual initial assessment to receive appropriate exercise selection and loads, in order to mitigate injury risk reduction.
Effective - informed by the latest scientific evidence and delivered by an AEP and Accredited Exercise Scientist (AES) with 17 years of experience coaching people to achieve their goals.
Intimate - limited to a maximum of 3 people to ensure high quality coaching and effective supervision.
Affordable - a fraction of the cost of 1:1 services.
Supportive - motivating small group environment shared by people with shared goals.
Accountability - commit to 8 or 12 week training blocks, with a review assessment to determine progress.
Knowledge enhancing- education resources provided.
Skill building - learn new movements and health self-management skills to independently manage your health.
Available classes (expression of interest):
Low bone density
Osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Focused on osteogenic exercise (bone building), whole body strength, balance, confidence and falls risk reduction.
Metabolic health
Pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes .
Manage your blood glucose levels (BGL) with an evidence-backed exercise prescription and education. Reduce your risk of diabetes complications (heart attack, stroke, kidney damage, eye diseases, amputation).
Older adults
>60 years of age. Suitable for those diagnosed with health conditions.
Emphasis on falls prevention, balance, muscle preservation, strength and power development, and general cardio-respiratory fitness. An anti-frailty program aimed at enhancing confidence, independence and function.
Child and youth development (6-18 years)
Underpinned by the Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) model. Develop age appropriate gross motor skills safely and effectively through structured, supervised exercise training in an engaging and supportive environment. Aimed at maximising their physical abilities while avoiding injury and burn out. Develop strength, power, endurance, fitness, mobility, body control and movement skills.
Learn healthy habits, exercise theory, physical activity recommendations, general nutrition and hydration recommendations, and reduce chronic disease risk.
Strength & Conditioning (general)
Improve your full body strength, power, fitness and mobility for general health or to give yourself a boost for sport or work. A structured and purposeful program consisting of progressive resistance training and cardio-respiratory activities, performed in a small group environment. Loads and repetitions prescribed individually based on your ability, with exercises modified and scaled as required.
Our aim is for you to become stronger and fitter in a wide range of movements. If your sole desire is to be sweaty and sore, this class is not for you.

Providing an evidence-based psychologically informed approach with extensive physiological knowledge. We are well versed in chronic disease management; understanding contraindications, considerations, medications, and the latest research for your specific conditions.
