About me

• I am a proud autistic ADHDer, and co-owner of Active Connections.

• I am from Papakura in South Auckland, New Zealand.

• I am ‘Indo’ on my fathers side (Dutch and Indigenous Indonesian descent). Pākehā and Chinese on my mothers side - my ancestors were some of the first Chinese to arrive in NZ.

• I have two brothers who live in NZ; Jean-Paul and Claude.

• I represented NZ in powerlifting, competing in Samoa.

• I enjoy being active in a variety of ways - walks and runs on the beautiful Gold Coast, SUP, Muay Thai, weights, working in the yard, and playing with my cattle-cross dog Tama.
